Hi,

My yorkie is about 3 1/2 years old. Yesterday afternoon he started vomiting. He never vomited any food, just foamy white liquid. He did this several times of the next few hours. He was also shaking and licking his lips, so I took him to the emergency vet. This all happened at about 8-9pm.

The vet looked him over and decided to give him a shot of doggie pepcid and cerenia to keep him from vomiting. It is now 7am and he still hasn't been wanting to eat this morning. He did eat a couple of his dog food kibble but that has been it. He has been drinking water the whole time with no problem.

Should I be concerned? Other than not eating, he has not vomited, did go number 1 an hour ago. He has maily been sleeping.
