Have you tried Natural Balance ? They have a hypoallergenic formula that works really well . I use it for mine but can't remember the name & don't have a bag as I dump it into an airtight container & toss the bag. Also Chamomile Tea rinse works great for the hot spots & itchy skin. After the rinse you can apply the tea bags directly on the Hot Spots for a few minutes daily.
