Default luxating patella

Callie has LP grade 2 in one and grade 3 in the other. I give her Dasuquin like the orthopedic surgeon suggested (we went for something else not her LP) but the last few days starting friday night I noticed a slight limp with her back left leg not a full limp you really have to look to see it. She has been more active the last few days, my moms rescue Sammy was over here friday and then today and they run a lot. It seemed to be mostly the nights after she has been doing a lot of running and playing with Sammy. Shes having to have her stairs to get up on anything not even trying to jump so I can tell shes gotta be hurting. I have checked her leg and there isnt any cuts or anything feeling out of place so I feel really good about it being the LP. Is there anything that can help her LP that I can do?
