Default Shaking/Digestive Issues

My 8 year old Yorkie developed pancreatitis back in May. He was treated and everything was fine until about 3 weeks ago. Similar symptoms returned - most prominent is shaking after he eats and this time he had a fever. Was treated same way as last time and seemed to be getting better. While sick was on a bland diet of rice and chicken with a little plain yogurt. When I went to slowly re-introduce his regular dry dog food back in he developed diarrhea and threw up a few times. So vet recommended I go back to the bland food 100%. Vet gave him medicine for the diarrhea which cleared it up. They also ran a full panel of tests from a blood sample. Everything came back normal. In trying to slowly re-introduce his regular food again, the shaking started to come back. Now it is happening periodically even on the bland diet. I'm at a loss as to what to do next. Looking for any ideas on what could be causing this problem that wouldn't show up in the blood tests.
