Joey's breeder is the one who recommended Biogroom to me, and the first time I went back for a visit she checked his skin. She said no white flakes, and that I'm doing a good job! Lol, luckily, she didn't take him back from me! I mix it with water even more than 4 to one. I put a tablespoon in a 2 cup measuring cup and mix well and pour the whole thing over him. It's really important to rinse all shampoo off their skin, as this can cause dry skin and flaking, but it's not as important to rinse every little bit of conditioner off, some people even leave a little on as "leave in" conditioner. When Joey was a puppy, I would put the cream rinse full strength under his "arm pits" because that is where he would tangle after wearing clothes, and this seemed to eliminate that.
