okay guys, listen to what Starsky has been doing. At 10:00 we generally go to bed. Starsky has usually fallen asleep on my lap by then and we carry him up with us to bed. Well, lately he has been such a stinker! I will put him on the bed and he jumps off and barks and growls to go down stairs. So I go down stairs, see if he wants outside, fed or water. Whatever! He just stands there and looks at me. I then take him back to bed and he does the same thing. So I am so tired by this time, I decide I'll sleep on the couch and just let Starsky play downstairs. What does he do? He comes on the couch and lays with me! ARGH! I let him get almost asleep and then bring him to bed with me. He does it again!! I am like what is wrong with the bed? I am thinking maybe the bedspread is to cold or something, so I lay some of his receiving blankets on the bed and then lay him down and he doesn't like that either. Shoot! I even held him in my arms with a receiving blanket around him and rocked him and he even fell asleep in my arms! But when I tried again to put him down in bed he wanted off the bed. So I was so tired and frustrated I just slept with him on the couch. It was 1:30 at night before he finally was asleep. I know I spoil my furbaby. I can't tell any of my friends this, they think I am crazy! They say just kennel him or lock him up somewhere. He would bark and bark!! He is just too cute to be angry at!
Last night my husband brought him to bed and he laid right down. I don't get it. He runs and runs until about 9:00 to 9:15 and then falls asleep on my lap, and not a deep sleep. I suppose he sleeps all day when I am not at home so he isn't tired at night sometimes. Does anyone else spoil their baby like me?
Speaking of babies, when my husband and I were in the mall he was checking out a baby in a stroller while I was looking at the baby yorkies in the window of the pet store, and he said cute baby and I said yeah! Our baby is our yorkie baby!!
