I use it. I use it full strength though. I use about a silver dollar amount. Is that too much? I love it. It smells good, leaves him feeling so soft and silky.

As far as his scratching, have you made sure you thoroughly rinse the shampoo/conditioner off of him. I rinse, rinse, rinse rinse...and then rinse 2 more times.
