Rachel - it's time for a specialist with your dogs. How many times are they going to go through this? You get them a little better...then back to more symptoms... I think you need to find a plan that works for them. Guessing and giving chicken and rice and cerenia and pepcid OR ANY DRUG when you don't have a proper diagnosis IMO is a recipe for disaster.
Falling asleep sitting up? You can bet your life that if this was my dog, we'd already be at an emergency clinic.
