 Could anyone provide a little help on getting a puppy?
Hi, 1st post and tried searching to no avail. I am looking to get a yorkie puppy. However, I can't find anything in my area (new york city) that is reputable. I've talked to 'private' breeders and went to over 5 stores, and all of them seem to be supplied by puppy mills. I've went through many websites to no avail as well. Could anyone recommend a breeder that I can trust? whether having akc papers, good ratings from BBB and customer reviews, etc. I am looking for a male puppy on the bigger size as that will be more in my price range if that matters. And also hoping to have it christmas weekend, and would prefer it to be properly socialized and around 12 weeks when I take it home. My range is about 950 total cost of purchase (after taxes, license, etc.) Thanks+sorry. |
