No works for us. Exept when barking and then we spray with water!
I never EVER use their names as a no. The dogs name should ALWAYS be said in a positive tone of voice, so the dogs will come to you when you call. If you associate it's name with a scolding, it will not learn to come when you call.
And that goes for humans too...
