Maybe use a belly band, and put a "pad" in it...then you just have to change the pad, but not (always) wash the belly band...You'll need two, one to wear and one to wash...YorkieHaven Rescue makes them and will ship them to you...They are the most reasonable priced, I've ever seen...I've got one, for Buzz, when we go visiting...He doesn't mark our house, but will have a hike at someone elses'...I also have them for male dogs, that board w/us, and hike...One hike, and on goes the band...I only use a mini pad, in Buzz' belly band, because I get him all "peed" out, before we go somewhere, so a mini pad works for a little tinkle...
