Congrats on your little girl. Just keep a close eye on her. She might have gotten a little carsick. Make sure to keep her warm. I would maybe try to wet the kibble a little bit so it's not so hard. Is she drinking too fast? is what she is throwing up yellow? If so, this could be from not eating but it could just be nerves being in a new home.
