I am from Jamul and also and a breeder! Checking out the breeder is very important. Check out the sites like AKC or YTCA they are an excellent source of information.
It is always important to check out the breeders references (past buyers) and Veterinarian.
Very important to take the time to read over that contract.
I was not aware of another breeder in Jamul until a family came over and purchased one of my pups. They said they visited a woman at the Jamul Estates also selling yorkies. They said she was nice and had cute pups. Thats all I know. Good Luck!
