Lots of breeders will be sweet with you when you are buying, but once purchase is over, they disappear.
I don't think that the YTCA breeder referral page is where the OP would want to start. As the OP is looking for a Biewer.....she can check those clubs, and make her decision from there, since each one has a different philosphy on Biewers.
