I have a couple of these, they are really nice and easy to put on, I bought them locally at a pet store, the brand is RC pets- they have a website that may tell you where to buy them, I am trying to get it open to look for you but it won't seem to open right now- may be too much traffic from the publicity this morning because I have used it before with no trouble.
