myteddybear - it's not everso dog friendly here. We are quite well known in our area and so we are tolerated
But our boo goes everywhere with my DH, he is a pilot and motorcyclist so he spends his time at the airfield and in motorbike shops or the local pub - all of which buy in approved snacks for her going there. You will find dog friendly pubs (not restaurants) here...but they will usually only allow dogs in the bar area.
Across the water 20 miles and in France you can take your dog pretty much anywhere - including restaurants.

I have a dream of drinking cocktails by the beach and having her with us.
We are looking at apartments (they are dog friendly) but I am thinking we may need doggy day care if DH can't take her to his job at the airport....I know for sure I can;t take her with me.
How do they do in the summer when it must be really hot - I'm a bit scared myself?!
