 Need Help with belly bands, they are staining his coat
I have a yr old male yorkie who started lifting his leg, so i bought a bunch of belly bands for him. He doesn't wear them 24/7 only when i come home from work which is around 2:30 and I take them off of him right before bed. I always make sure to wipe him after i take them off because the pad is saturated in pee by the time night hits. I tried just not putting the belly bands on him but he is marking everywhere in the house! I have tried many different kinds of pads but none of them seem to hold all of the pee. I just gave him a bath and noticed some of his fur is stained from the pee. Is there anything that can help remove the stains I use Paul Mitchell Pet on him. He isnt neutered yet but he has an appointment on the 19th to get neutered, i know people say that it sometimes helps, but now that we just got a new little girl I am still worried he will still mark because he wants to show her hes the boss. I just really don't want him to have to use belly bands forever. Any advice would be great! |
