Yoda's nose is constantly wet. I think it's normal. Hiccups do happen. Just rub their back or try to get their mind off it, just like a little kid. Yoda used to get it a lot when he was a baby as well, now he doesn't get it much.
And, oh yes, that sweater is beautiful on her! Yorkies all look the same when they are wet! Heheheh...
