Also, check the web pages of towns and counties, they advertise jobs in their areas. Many places only advertise on their own web pages or through their Human Resource office so if there is a place she is interested in she can do a more specific search for that information.
Could her last employer possibly help her? My friend worked for a Dr. who retired and before he left he helped place his staff in other offices. Maybe her former employer knows of something.
