Father released from mental health facility outside of Toledo. Taken into FBI custody. Charged with kidnapping. No word on the boys although there is some talk that the father admitted to murdering them. Also been reported that in 2007 he wrote a song called The Dumpster. It is about what your last few minutes would be like if you were thrown in a dumpster. Said he wrote it to sway women away from abortion, but obviously now it appears to have other meaning. Also read that the day before they went missing, his facebook status read something like I pray that God and Tanya forgive me. That's all I've heard.
