Depends on what your goal is with your pup's hair. I use PetSilk Liquid Silk Serum to detangle Teddy's hair before a bath. Otherwise, it is too greasy to use on my boys and it causes them to collect more dirt on their hair.

I haven't tried the Biogroom Coat Conditioner. You could email them from their website and request a free sample. They are good about sending samples.
