I'm new to owning a puppy ..George will be 5 months on the 9th of Dec and he has never had a collar ,I use a harness when he's on lease. My question is can I put a collar on him or is that to hard on his neck ,been reading this forum alot and realize about the trachea. Love this place so much info for newbies like me ....
