congrats on the puppy! we do need pics!!
generally, deaf dogs (same with most kids) will copy others even more so than a hearing puppy. try incorperating the signs with vocal commands to your older dog and with any luck Peyton will copy her actions in responce to what he Sees as a hand signal...
it may take him a little longer to learn the commands, but with a little extra patience you will see he will be just as eager to please and won't even realise hes any different!
