You can buy them at Home Depot and in Canada any of the Hardware stores have them, if you go in the flooring section they are in a box of 10 tiles, they are designed for entry ways for people to put their shoes on in the winter, usually at stores. Just choose the grid carefully, cause you want one that's soft on their feet, and you don't want the holes to be too big. If I think of it I'll check the box I have for the brand.
