 Tiny Bump Under Skin

i hope im at the right topic ,
pass week , I notice a tiny bump ( ball like ) Under My Yorkie Skin
by his thigh ( thinest part of his skin by his thigh )
it dosent hurt him , or notice he bate it
just wondering if anyone know what it is ?
