I travel a lot with mine also, I like my sturdibag for traveling, it is very secure in the car, buckles in securely, is light to carry in and out, and sturdy enough to lock the babies in inside the house if necessary when I am in someones house. I also travel with a folding canvas crate- I have one from bed bath and beyond that was like 20 bucks and holds up great. I use this if I need to take a crate with me somewhere for use inside but want something light and easy to carry.

I havent figured out a good way to buckle in the hard plastic crates.
