I have only been to the TDAA trials. Daisy is the first dog I have ever done agility with and her first trial was last Thanksgiving so we have been at it a year and have been to 4 trials. It sounds like you have a lot more experience than I do.
The TDAA trials are so much smaller I think you will really enjoy it as a starter place for Lizzy. There are no weaves in beginner so you could still qualify and have your wish of waiting longer on the weaves.
If I can ever get these videos online you will see the mistakes I made that cause us to not qualify. This little dog is so eager to please, you can really see it in the video. She is always checking with me for direction.
