I have done the same thing. I was trying to get over the baby gate to Ceeby and almost out my foot on him. I am really short so it is hard for me to get over the gate. I didn;t set my foot down but moved around, kinda hopped on one foot and he got right under me. I started falling and just barely touched him with my knee. I busted my other knee cap falling on the floor so hard trying to keep off him. I couldn't walk for a week. He yelped and yelped and took off running round and round. I was so hurt and upset, i thought sure I had killed him even tho he was running. I screamed and made my hubby come and catch him and mash his little belly and ribs ro see if he was hurt. course he wasn't but I nearly killed myself. He gives me plenty of room now when I cross the gate. I am in the room with him almost all the time tho.
I am so glad they love us unconditionally.
