Your boy is a good bit over the standard (not to exceed 7 lbs). So chances are, any girl you breed to him would be as well. You would be breeding dogs that are considerably off standard-- NOT recommended. The size of a female alone would not decrease the "risk" factors. There are lots and lots of factors that make breeding "risky."
I would suggest that you just be happy with the loving dog that I'm sure your boy is and enjoy him, and any companion you decide to add as PETS.
