I'm confused; do you mean she vomits often? Do you know why? I really believe you should have some type of bedding in the carrier, bedding won't make them hotter, it can actually keep them at a more stable temperature. Plastic doesn't breath, so it doesn't allow heat or moisture to wick away. Just because a dog looks like it's pawing at a blanket, it doesn't mean it doesn't like the blanket, dog do this as a way to make a nest.
