For any pup that age you'll have to pen her somehow
Whether that means a playpen or keeping her corraled in one room at a time with you
And as other people have stated you have to find out what your pups schedule is
Meaning how soon after she eats will she poop and pee
Usually for a new little pup its like 15 mins
And you start by papering the entire play area with poop pads or paper and once they get the hang of it you take mode and more away
