I can tell you what NOT to do to keep a bow/band/barrette in. When Chattie was just a pup I took her to PetSmart. Ummmm I wanted her to look "extra cute" and pulling her hair up just enhanced her beautiful eyes so very much. Being the clever
resourceful person that I am I decided that human hair glue would do the trick. Well, it didl, kinda sorta. More or less keep the hair pulled up and the bow in place, but when I went to wash it out, the washable glue wasn't. I spent hours and hours with a fine toothed comb teasing remnants of glue fromher topknot. I look back now and think -- what a dummy -- you live and learn!
