You can add about a teaspoon of canned PACKED pumpkin to food for constipation. I also would not recommend Dulcolax for constipation. You need to be very careful what types of people medications that you give to animals. Some like Tylenol could be deadly.
As for a kibble, I use Natural Balance Lamb and Brown Rice for my three. I don''t think the Castor and Pollux is a grain free food.
