Unhappy Jenna's Tummy Troubles Continue

About a week and a half ago, I think Jenna got some bad canned food. I don't know if I just hadn't noticed it being off or if it went bad after opening it, but she had a bit of diarrhea within a day of eating it. She then refused all canned that weekend and this last week I thought she seemed dehydrated, so I started feeding her Royal Canin YT to her soaked. She ate nothing but that for the first three or four days this last week, and as of today, she hasn't pooped for three days, although she is still eating - minimally the last two days and a little better today (back to canned food now and as of last night and today, some canned pumpkin to try to get things moving again. She doesn't care for it much though.) I'm guessing the Royal Canin just didn't go through well at all, even if it was at first.

She had BAD gas the day after Thanksgiving, (maybe from the dry?), so I was certain someone had either given her, or she had scrounged, something she shouldn't have had. However, some Mylicon took care of the gas. But although she's peed regularly for the last 3 days, there's been no poops. (She's also had some boiled round steak and it's juice yesterday and the day before.)

If she hasn't gone by tomorrow, I'm most likely taking her in. She also doesn't like to poop when it's really cold outside, which it is now. But although I hear regular tummy noises coming from her gut, I just don't understand why there hasn't at least been some 'mouse poop?' Shouldn't SOMETHING be coming out?
She's been acting pretty much like herself, but since I've only had her since April, I am still not always sure what would be 'normal' for her and what wouldn't.
I see some folks recommending green beans for constipation. Is it okay if they're frozen ones? Should I try those first? Do they need to be cooked? Or should I go directly to something like Dulcolax? If so, how much should she have? She's only 6.5 pounds.

About to take her out for her last walk of the evening, provided she's willing and it's not bitter cold out. If she goes, I'll be sure to update. Keeping my fingers crossed for a result!
