I believe this "breeder" is a broker that also goes by the name Ashley Anderson... "Blue Boys" mom (Vicki) and I have had several talks about this person!!!
This person also had a web site called " Jazzy Yorkies Boutique.. which also has not been active for a long time.. When I pulled up the BBB and did a search, this person, was known by both names Whitney and Ashley...and had several complaints!!!! she now breed Bull dogs the last I heard!!
She is a Broker!!!!!
