I usually see blackheads and gross little cysts more then white head like pimples. If its just an isolated incident its really no big deal, just like pimples we get. if he keeps getting them or if they suddenly pop up all over then i'd go to the vet. If you have a good groomer in the area that does spa treatments you can ask them if they have anything special
