Morgan loves to wear clothes. She even helps by putting her head in the hole and then lifting up each paw so i can get them in the sleeve. However, if she is wearing an outfit with a hood and i try to put it on her head because its cold or raining she will freeze and melt to the ground. Its like she cannot function with a hood on and she completely shuts down. I can put it on in the house and walk away for a few minutes and she will still be in that same spot when i come back. she does the same thing if she has an e-collar on.
