Hey her recipe might be different than mine but this one is very good & yummy
Sugared Pecans
1lb of pecan halves
1 egg white
1 tbs water
1 cup sugar
1tsp salt
1tsp cinnamon
beat egg white with water into a froth set aside
in a large plastic bag combine sugar,salt & cinnamon
dip pecans into egg whites place into the bag containing sugar mixture
shake coating the pecans well, place pecans on a well greased cookie sheet
bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until egg whites are dry, stir every 10 min. preheated oven 300 degrees, cool on waxed paper
