Use the link that was given to you for other ideas on people to contact by phone, free of charge. Make sure you follow all of the tips given -- most all of which require no money. Many newspapers will place a lost pet ad free of charge. If they do charge, it is usually minimal. Even if you offer a reward, it is recommended that you NOT say how much. Make your reward whatever you can afford -- it need not even be money. Maybe you have something of value you could offer. You could even make them a cake or something homemade.

I am very sorry if you really lost your dog, but coming on here asking for money, giving a paypal link, when you have posted so rarely over the years? Wouldn't you turn to your friends and family before virtual strangers if there was something you really needed money for in this quest? The last thing I would be thinking of if my dog was lost is asking strangers for money! I may be overly suspicious but I cannot imagine this.....

I don't think anyone is going to send you money and as you have already been told -- it is against the rules for this forum anyway.
Here I was thinking she was just asking us to spread the word. I didn't even click on the link.

OP, please post a pic of your lost dog with a description, I'll be happy to post some up at shelters. That's all the help I can offer.
