I think he probably is part yorkie -- his face shape and look is yorkie -- just the color is different. Doesn't look like they are asking purebred money for him as it only says there is a rehoming fee. I think he is really cute and would not mind having him at all, neutered of course.
If you like him, I would go look at him. They may well tell you he is part yorkie and part something else. Everybody needs a loving home.
