Maybe I looked at the wrong site, but they claim not to breed females under 5 pounds and they note the terms used "teacup/teaspoon" is descriptive only (which is all it ever was...they could have said "small/extra small" - splitting hairs).
The male who they claim is so small looks pretty good to me. I'm thinking I may not have went to the site everyone is referring to, but I googled "teaspoon yorkies"
