We have YTNR here in SoCal. You can PM Capt Noonie, Adi-and-Missy, or check out the YTNR site for information. Both of the girls I mentioned have fostered and know who to contact, and both are local... ish.

I'm actually 90057, so I'm in LA, but not a foster mom yet. I don't have the landlord's permission or the space.
