It is very hard to know what it wrong...sometimes it would be nice if they talked!! Has she ate today? Perhaps a little kyro on her gums or something? Last time I had one of mine do this they had an infection and the vet had to put her one an antibiotic. She just seemed off for a couple of days. I would just keep a super close eye on her
