Living in Minnesota, my two yorkies love the snow! I learned quickly that we have to shovel the backyard so they have a place to go potty (otherwise they would pee/poo on our patio block out the back door). Also, they need to be bundled up in their snow coats and booties for walks so they can enjoy the snow, otherwise they shiver and get really cold. I don't put anything on them when they just go out for a quick potty break, but they get bundled up for walks. They roll around in the snow, jump all over, and are so happy when they get to go on their daily walk in the snow. I would never have thought my two little yorkies would love the snow, but they as long as they're bundled up, they have a great time in the snow!
