I would be worried if it wasnt her own poop, because im pretty sure that if the poop belonged to a sick dog she could get the infection.

Very good point. Max is a poop eater and he's also been feasting on Cooper's whenever he gets the chance (which is not often because I'm quick!). I know my two dogs have no diseases or underlying conditions, but you must be very careful about other dog's feces.
