For Garlic Mashed Potatoes, do you just add garlic to regular mashed potatoes? It sounds good to me but I am afraid if I ruin them, there will be trouble.
The men in my family are all potato men except my middle son and he is a Mac & Cheese fiend -- that is why I am making it, in addition to the potatoes.
My favorite mashed potatoes are called Gouda Potatoes -- sort of lumpy mashed potatoes with skins left in, and lots of gouda cheese -- they are soooooo good. Why am I not making those? I think Ifigured too many extra calories with all the carbs I am making.
