I have "biodegradable" bags for picking up doggy doo from Dollar Tree. I fold the pads, put then in a bag and tie it closed. It gets placed with all the other trash with no problems (smell wise). We live in an apt so we don't have the luxury of going outside after every pad change. Just tying the bags closed really help minimize the smell. Trust me, Kaji's pee reeks!!!
