Max has been biting his feet for a good 6 months. He only chews on his back feet, never his front ones and when he is finally feeling better, his back feet are sopping wet. He has never chewed on them so much that he's made sores or made the hair come out.

I, like others on here, assumed it was a food allergy. So, I changed him over to Natural Balance Limited Ingredient Diet to see if he showed any improvement. He's been on the new for exclusively for 2 months and he is still biting his feet.

I know that his feet are really itchy and it's not just boredom because there is nothing I can do to redirect his attention and believe me.... I've tried.

His check up is in January so I may have to get some advice from his vet. I guess as long as he's not hurting himself, then I shouldn't be too worried... I just hate to see him miserable.

So... if anyone has any ideas... PLEASE share them!
