Default Boneless,Skinless Chicken Thighs????

I know this is going to sound like something I should already know but are boneless, skinless, chicken thighs ok to feed my girls? Some recipes I've seen call for them and other places I've read say only feed chicken breasts. They have a small amount of canned food in the morning to mask the joint supplement they take, and have kibble down all day - they just look forward to a little "treat" when I get home. I usually cut up some chicken breast and mix it with green beans which they get when we sit down to eat. My fiance went grocery shopping this week and bought the boneless, skinless, thighs instead of the breasts and I want to be sure before I use them.
