I don't really know much about therapy dogs, so I hope someone better answers you.
But I've always heard from people that do it that you typically go from room to room asking if they'd like to see a therapy dog. If they say yes, you go in. And the people can hold them and pet them, and often dogs will perform tricks for the sick. |
